Hawaii Island Time LLC provides ground transportation, shuttle services, and guided tours throughout Hawaii Island.
All bookings and services are subject to the terms below, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Hawaii Island Time LLC.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on our website.

2. Service Eligibility

Our shuttle and tour services are offered directly to individual customers for personal, non-commercial use.
By purchasing from Hawaii Island Time LLC, you agree that your booking is for personal travel or group use only, not for resale, redistribution, or commercial resale purposes unless explicitly approved in writing by Hawaii Island Time LLC.

3. Resale Policy

Unauthorized Resale Prohibited:
Tours and shuttle services may not be resold, redistributed, or marketed by third parties without prior written consent.
Any booking found to be purchased for resale without authorization will be canceled without refund.

Authorized Affiliate Resale:
Only approved partners and affiliates may resell Hawaii Island Time LLC services at prearranged, contracted rates different from standard customer rates.

4. Bookings and Payments

Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment (as specified during booking).

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Payments can be made through approved payment methods displayed on our website.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel or modify bookings according to the cancellation policy stated at the time of purchase.

Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation relative to the scheduled tour or shuttle.

No-shows or late arrivals may forfeit the full fare.

Hawaii Island Time LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify tours and shuttles for safety, weather, operational reasons, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling options will be offered.

6. Liability and Assumption of Risk

By participating in our services, you acknowledge that outdoor and transportation activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, weather conditions, or terrain variations.

Hawaii Island Time LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for personal injury, property damage, delays, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our control.

You agree to release and hold harmless Hawaii Island Time LLC from any liability associated with participation in our tours or shuttles, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Conduct and Safety

All guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow driver or guide instructions at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a risk to others, appears intoxicated, or engages in disruptive behavior.

8. Photos, Videos, and Reviews

By participating in our tours or shuttle services, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or reviews for marketing and promotional purposes by Hawaii Island Time LLC and its affiliates.
