🌺 Public Circle Island & Fly-In Fly-Out Tours Cancellation Policy At Hawaii Island Time, we’re committed to giving you the best possible Big Island adventure. We understand that plans can change, so here’s how our cancellation policy works: 🗓 Guest Cancellations 72 hours or more before tour start: Full refund 🌈 48–72 hours before tour start: 50% refund 🌴 Within 24 hours of tour start (HST): No refund ⛔️ Please note: Cancellation times are based on Hawaiʻi Standard Time (HST). 🚐 Minimum Guest Requirement Our public tours require a minimum number of participants. If we don’t have enough guests booked, we may need to cancel the tour. In this case, you’ll receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule. 🌋 Weather & Safety Cancellations Safety comes first. While rare, cancellations may occur due to hazardous natural conditions such as: Hurricanes Tsunamis Earthquakes Significant volcanic activity If we must cancel due to these circumstances, you will receive a full refund of your payment. 🤙 Aloha Spirit We do our very best to keep all tours running as planned — because we’d much rather share the island’s beauty with you than cancel.
