We understand that plans can change, so here’s how our cancellation policy works: 🗓 Guest Cancellations 72 hours or more before tour start: Full refund 🌈 48–72 hours before tour start: 50% refund 🌴 Within 24 hours of tour start (HST): No refund ⛔️ Please note: Cancellation times are based on Hawaiʻi Standard Time (HST). 🚐 Minimum Guest Requirement Our public tours require a minimum number of participants. If we don’t have enough guests booked, we may need to cancel the tour. In this case, you’ll receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule. 🌋 Weather & Safety Cancellations Safety comes first. While rare, cancellations may occur due to hazardous natural conditions such as: Hurricanes Tsunamis Earthquakes Significant volcanic activity If we must cancel due to these circumstances, you will receive a full refund of your payment. 🤙 Aloha Spirit We do our very best to keep all tours running as planned — because we’d much rather share the island’s beauty with you than cancel.
